Obama, who is by far the most liberal president to date in this nation, is well known for his extreme stand on a woman's right to choose. In fact in 2001, he was the only one to voice opposition to a bill that would have protected babies who survived botched abortions! Now obviously Obama must feel that life does not begin at conception and begins at some ambiguous point after birth. Otherwise, he would be straight up advocating and willingly defending murder!
It is therefore odd indeed that in Parade Magazine Obama said that fathers needed to "step up, to realize that their job does not end at conception." So on one hand he is saying that a baby is not a baby at conception and on the other hand he is saying that it is. You can not be a father at conception if life does not begin at conception right? Which is it Mr. Obama?

Next to think that it doesnt matter what faith a president is false also. Israel was directly affected, and effected for the decisions of there kings in the Bible. Some one wrote on a website I found this statement. The truth: Islam is more of a sickness, a "psychosis of hatred" than a Religion. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a peacful Islam, and sooner or later, when they wakeup, so to speak, -they will all become radical and further there cause of Islam, Which is to spread hatred, murder and deceit. This is all lined out in the Koran and is very convinceing to them. It even goes as far as mentioned some portion of the true biblical scripture. For something to be decieption, it has to have some element of the truth. I have fought the ALquada and Taliban personally for several years in the military. Those that think it is all peaceful are definately under its spell of control. I have seen whole nations in bondage, starving, and murdering each other senslessly. I have studied their hatred and it will destroy the world in bloodshed if its not stopped. Those of you who disbelieve do the research yourself, instead of believing every thing you hear.

After reading through the posts below, I realized that judging people based on religion is not really a good idea. It doesn't matter if the president is a christian, a muslim or an atheist as long as his religion or beliefs do not influence his decisions in terms of governing the country. A president's religion does not roll down as the country's religion.
Can any of us, HONESTLY say that all Christians are good? For all we know, there are more morally-sound ahteists out there than Christians. I am not stating a fact, just a possibility. Lack of religion doesn't signify lack of morals, but rather, a different source of moral compass.
Also, what's the fuss about being born again? There are a lot of Christians out there who are not born again but still believe in the same God, and have also accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. At the end of the day, isn't that what Jesus Christ has been preaching? Being born again, in my opinion (however wrong I might be), is more of a concept, which means that you have shed your life of sin and embraced Jesus Christ's teachings and are on the path to salvation. I don't take Jesus Christ's teachings literally by having to be a Born Again Christian. I can be an evangelist or something and still be in God's grace.
You are greatly deceived. How can you believe in God's Grace and not believe in Jesus' teaching? If it wasn't for Jesus Christ there would be no Grace for you. Jesus made it all possible when He went to the Cross for you and me.

You need to take the teachings of Jesus literally. To me your description here is exactly what being born again is. If you are a Christian, following Jesus you have been born again.
When Obama took it upon himself to declare, "America is not a Christian nation," the stock of those, who demand he is a Christian, fell flat!
We have had Christian presidents, who supported abortion, but none of them were seen entering mosques for worship. None of them were outspoken in demanding that America is wrong (for whatever reason), as Obama has.
And, to make matters worse, he probably isn't even an American, because, just as he has duped people into believing he can lead this nation, he has yet to show proof of having been born here.
Yes, I consider him to be "The Lord's annointed," because, just as God gave King Saul to Israel...to force them to repent, I think He is doing the same, to force a revival in America.
I just hope Obama doesn't bankrupt this country, before that revival begins.
Some news came to my attention before the elections. Franklin Graham, along with other ministers, had a meeting with Obama to talk with him. They asked him if he was a Christian and he replied, "Yes, but I respect other people's faith and religion." Being curious about this answer, Franklin smoked him out with more questions and realized he was not Born Again, and tried to get him to accept Christ, only to no avail. Also, Franklin Graham has openly stated that the Muslim religion is not a peaceful one. Franklin preaches the Gospel and although he is kind and respectful, he does not compromise. Personally, I would like to say, that Obama is no Christian! One true Christian knows another one. His beliefs and actions are totally contrary to the word of God. I also heard Obama say in a speech to the gay crowd, that they have a right to love each other and get married to each other. You can watch that on the You Tube along with other anti-christian statements. I am coming to the conclusion that he does not like Christians and what they stand for, period.
I would describe Obama as a Cafeteria/Buffet Christian who picks and chooses what he likes and rejects the rest. For example, Obama rejects the writings of the Apostle Paul because he considers him a racist and misogynist(hates women). Obama Born Again? Only if you consider liberal,
social justice, environmentalist Christians(Episcopalians,etc.) as Born Again. I think Obama attended a United Church of Christ church;they can vary widely in their doctrines.
I completely agree with you. I had several discussions with some friends prior to the elections who insisted that all they wanted was a black president, even if he didn't believe the Word of God. And now they have what they been asking for: a president who is ready to sell America to liberalism of the highest order. But let it be know that he's failed already, for the Church of Jesus Christ at large will not let a sinister sinner run God's nation aground. Jesus says we shall have what we say, and I dare to say that Obama has already failed in that gory venture, in Jesus' name!
Obama has never claimed to be born again.
As far as God is concerned, all unsaved people are blind, and you cannot judge them using your own yardstick as a Christian.
We should all pray for Obama and all of our elected leaders. I am tired of seeing supposedly born again Christians expecting unsaved people to keep to God's standards.
I beg to differ.. I personally watched on t.v. before he became president? that Obama said he was a born again Christain and was tired of people saying he wasn,t! That Jesus Christ was the only way to heaven...at least that is what he said then!
Like Jesus said.. You will know them by their fruits! The only fruit I have seen from Obama isn't very good fruit... and alot of deception on his part! I pray that the scales will fall from his eyes and ears soon and that he will know the TRUTH and TRUTH will set him free in Jesus Christ!

In his own words in one of his books written before he became President, he stated that "if the political winds change, I will stand with the Muslims". The God of the Muslims is not the God that was crucified for our own sins.
He supported the death of a baby who survived an abortion and suggested that the baby be left alone to die. Does this sound like God to you? He, appparently, did not believe that God knew this child before it was conceived and had a plan for the baby's life. (Jeremiah 1:5) Please read this. Any man who will order the death of children does not know God, and in fact, is not worthy to lead the country that was established on God's principles. I see you claim to be a liberal and that group supports killing babies that God has a plan for and I pray that you will seek God and if your beliefs do not line up with His word, leave those beliefs and move closer to God. You are on the right track with the Jimmy Swaggart ministry and I believe that you will see the truth and I hope it is sooner than later because you speak your beliefs openly and can be used by God.

President Obama I believe has a purpose yes but do i think it's to edify God or glorify God? no. I Wonder how would we react during the time of Christ birth when Herod command, was to kill all new born up to two years old.We must remember he was the ruling king.(St.Matthew 2:16)yet as horrible as this was it was a fullfillment of Jeremiah's prophecy (Jermiah 31:15) God has Blessed us with seven children and whenever I think of this my heart bleeds. whenever one hurt alittle figer I felt it so much (to lose a life is unbearable) some things we will never understand. But our God is still in control and I do believe if He allows certain things. it is allways for a purpose for His Glory.

(Romans 13:1-6 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for their is NO authority except that which God has established.
It does not not matter what we say are do he is God's ruling authority for the time. Vs.4 says For he is God's servantto do you good.But if you do wrong be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, and agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrong doer.
I am simply saying sometimes the government in authority may have been doing things that seems deplorable or unbelievable. but the word of God declare that we are to pray for them.
And let our God be the judge and remeber we are all flesh and blood. So let us love one another. we all have to eat to servive and one day we die. but if you accept Jesus in your heart you will live foever with him.

I am sure President Obama is a good man, But I hesitate to add the christian part. Does he go against the Bible? Where did he come from? What is his back ground? What kind of church does he attend? These are the Questions i ask myself before attemting to vote for someone. To be quite honest I do know we now have to vote between the to of the lesser evils (sad we have come to that)But none the less we must choose the one that lines up the most with the Bible as Christians. 2Tim 2:15*Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.* simply tells us we must know the Word of GOD and if you really know it you cant vote for some one who is openly against several things it stands for Homosexuality,Abortion,Etc.

Voting for the "lesser of two evils" is still voting for evil. If the candidate does not warrant the vote, he does not warrant the vote ... period! We aren't called to vote, according to the Bible, but called to pray for our leaders. I am not against voting. I am against voting for those who do not merit the vote.
If America had done their homework neither party should have received ONE vote!

NO idea, or every single one of us who are blood bought Christians would support them financially with every penny we possibly could. And I do mean EVERY penny. Thank God first and always for His only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who died for each of us to atone for our sins. He is the One who we all need, today and forever, no matter who happens to serve as U.S. President.
We also need to support and pray for those in authority, as they are ordained by God.
If only the issue of abortion were so simple and easily discerned. We also need to recognize that abortions are most likely committed when an in vitro fertilization procedure is performed, as multiple ova are harvested and FERTILIZED, only to be discarded save for the best candidate(s) (unless the option of "cyropreservation" or freezing the remaining embryos is selected) for successful implantation, likely resulting in multiple abortions with each procedure. Alas, in vitro fertilization as a means of conception and child bearing merits consideration on moral grounds.
Likewise, more consideration needs to be given to the subject of divorce, as it is in conflict with God's Word (excepting the case of adultery) and represents the destruction of the nuclear family and is one of the major issues regarding the degradation of mankind, particularly concerning the spiritual and emotional well-being of the children who are its victims. When one of God's laws are broken, the entire Law of God is broken.
Which brings us back to the best of everything - JESUS CHRIST. We need more of His love, wisdom and forgiveness, and less judgment and self-righteousness (of which I have been caught most guilty in my lifetime). All glory and honor to the Son of God our eternal Savior! I love you and pray God's continued blessing upon your ministry. Thank you for your service to God our Father!

I felt like getting on my knees myself tonight, for the misconception of what a CHRISTIAN is today because of your lack of properly filling in the blanks with moral support to those of us who aren't feeling guilty for being a Christ-man or a Christ-women to-date! Without rhyme or reason; after reading your hypocrisy of the physco-babble that you portray reminds me of what President Obama stated about the United States not being founded by its Christian beliefs?
Guilt comes from the devil himself, and judgment is not ours, but you seem to portray that Father God is likely to pick a man to keep our economy going in the wrong direction? What book are you actually reading from today my friend? The Holy Bible is not a book you can pick and choose what you would like to pull down from heaven just to fit the bill per se. No!
